"Dancing 2012" Video (Download)

Here's a way you can purchase the video to download and own. You should do this if you want to:

  • Play it when you're not on the internet
  • Watch it in the highest possible quality
  • Carry it around on your phone or tablet
  • Avoid having to watch ads or wait for buffering
  • Show it in front of an audience
  • Give me money

The file is pretty large and it costs me a bit when people download it, so I've kinda gotta charge something. We're using flexible pricing, so you can pay what you want for it. One dollar covers the basic costs. Two dollars provides a bit of profit. Anything above that is just you being really nice.

Let me be clear: this purchase is not a donation and NO portion of each sale will go to charity. If you'd like to support a cause related to this video, visit the Give page and you'll see a bunch of great organizations that offered their time and resources to help me make my video. I encourage you to return that favor for me directly, but the money you pay for this download goes straight into my pocket and I'll probably spend it on comic books or video games or something dumb like that. I made the 2012 video without a sponsor using my own savings, so this is one way I'm hoping to recoup that investment.

There's no DRM on the video. If you don't know what that is, don't worry about it. You'll get a file that you can click on and it'll (hopefully) play and that's that. If it doesn't play for you, find the nearest kid and ask them to fix it. If you want to pass the video around or make it available for others to download, as long as you're not selling it or using it to promote something, I'm not going to try and police it. People are mostly good.

Once the purchase is made, you'll get an email with instructions on how to download the video. If you don't see it in your inbox, check your junk mail folder, cause it sometimes ends up in there. The video will be in Quicktime (.m4v) format. You'll also have the option to download the older dancing videos from 2008 and 2006 for free.
